On April 25th, David Kirkland presented EVAtool to the IV International Congress on Sustainable Architecture in Barcelona, Spain.
The event covered recent issues in global energy crisis cause overwhelming impacts on the global economy. This increase has caused those involved in the building industry to have more concern in integrating sustainable design in architecture and urban planning. Design orientated to environmental approach has become a major concern and is recently receiving widespread attention.
It becomes more important than ever as a potential solution of the current energy crisis. With the conference theme “Issues in Global Energy Crisis and Its Impact on Design”, we are preparing a platform to all participants to discuss on this issue and commitment in promoting holistic design towards sustainable development.
